We were struggling with staff shortages at multiple sites and got Multi Community Support Solutions from Google by Searching Staffing support for disability care, Checked their reviews on Google which was pretty impressive, Thought to give them a try and which really worked out well for us, The staff was trained enough to handle the situation in work environment, Some time we got the staff, Who even don't know what to do, But with them it was great, Staff was fully trained for infection control to manage COVID, they were good at manual Handling, After a  site orientation and information regarding our clients, they worked really well and follow all the routine, Happy to have them permanently on the board, when ever we are facing shortage in staff. I was out of Sydney and my friend with disability was struggling for groceries at his place, I searched for a company who can help my friend to buy groceries according to his need, When I tried staff for assistance with shopping, I found Multi Community Support Solutions, Called them to discuss about the situation of my friend, Micky from Multi Community Support Solutions responded in a really professional way, I felt he was having good experience with old or disabled people, He assured me that, His staff will look after my friend according to his requirements, Then I passed my friends details to Micky and notify my friend about Micky and about his company MCSS, After MCSS staff visit I called my friend to check how he was going with his groceries, My friend stated that he was very happy with the service and like to have them every week for at least 3 to 5 hours, So staff can do shopping, take him out in Community to have coffee or meal's, Some time also get help in organising the house if required, I called MCSS and booked them for ongoing basis, Thanks to Micky & MCSS for great help for Community😇❤️😇

A combination of love, Care & Support in a professional way, a trustworthy team with lots of experience, I think that's what everyone is looking for, A team who can take care of our love once in the why of people need, I just gave them a general introduction about my brother Robert, After that their team member looked after my brother well from his personal hygiene to his daily activities, cooking, Cleaning or feeding him according to my brothers meal plan, I give them one go when our current service provider struggling with short of staffing issues, Now  according to their quality of care, I  am having a Another option for these sort of tough situations and also have additional hand for the future in case I need another company to look after my brother for ongoing basis. Multi Community Support Solutions directors & staff are life saver to me🥰🥰

I contacted them to see if they can help me out to look after my wife's mother, Who is suffering with dementia and also have some behavioural issues, I wasn't really confident as never used them before, But the great response from their experienced director Hardeep & Amit. Both have more then 10 years experience in Disability and Aged care services, The staff they provided was also having more then 3 years experience to lookafter the people with Aged or disability issues, which coverd my all worries, After first visit myself & my wife both decided to engage them on permanently basis and gave them responsibility of all her day to day needs, So we can have some peace of mind and enjoy our own family life too. They always give us required updates time to time and notify us if they need any support from our side,
